Barry Donaldson is an NCARB-certified practicing architect with projects to his credit in Kentucky, Florida, New Jersey, Indiana, St. Thomas, and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
As an architect, Barry’s work includes such projects as the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort, Harbor Beach Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, and renovation and expansion projects at Pier 66, Boca Raton Resort and Spa, Bahia Mar, Marriott Frenchman’s Reef, Westin Indianapolis, The Ritz-Carlton Naples Golf Resort and Casa Marina Key West and others. Barry has just completed eCornell’s Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate program.
